Mike seems to think that hooky is spelled hookie, but I am too lazy to check even the online dictionary. Either way, we decided that Cara was being held at the Canadian border as a suspicious person and that's why she couldn't go to school yesterday. Instead we took her swimming with Emily and Abel. Emily even swam by herself (with those little blow up arm thingies) a few times!

Hooky is correct, but so is hookey. :-)

But I think it is "Wookie", not "Wooky". So, there's your "ie". :-)
